So my first Xposé segment went live last night and the response has been AMAZING!! Thank you all for tuning in and I am glad you enjoyed it and most importantly picked up some tips

So now that those points are out of the way back to business!
I had a lot of confused faces when I said it was my first segment – yes I have worked with Tv3 countless times and Xpose included but that has more so been behind the scenes. This was my first time deciding my own content and facing the camera –> a lot more nerve wrecking than it looks!

So this slot was all about my Beauty on a Budget for Flawless Skin – this is a feature I do regularly on my social media platforms, you can see others . No one can resist a good bargain so its always a nice topic to cover!
With that in mind I headed to the pharmacies and high streets to fish out my favourite budget products that most importantly I TRUST!
SKINCARE;
As a budget buy remover I went for the ever popular Garnier Miscellar Water. This is 4.50€ in Penneys and is a huge 400ml bottle. You’ll see in this segment I just used a cotton pad wet with the water to remove the makeup and then to combat dryness I packed on some of my favourite Nivea Rich Moisturising Cream – this is a life saviour in the winter months and will always be my go to!!
BASE:
For the base I introduced a brand I always get excited about which is Kiko Cosmetics. They are an Italian brand all over Europe but unfortunately haven’t hit Ireland yet. This glowing potion is one of the newest products – its an pearlised illuminising base, you can see in the slot how well it goes on and it also smells DIVINE!! A lot of you were very intrigued by this product – its a steal at only 13.70€ and can be purchased online – kikocosmetics.com
FOUNDATION;
For the face I used Rimmel Match Perfection foundation (the blue top) I had featured this on my SnapChat a while ago -> Aimeeconmu -> to share my love for it. It has a massive range of colours, goes on beautifully on the skin and also lasts. I was and am really impressed with this product! I teamed it with the Wake Me Up Concealer – again from the Rimmel range.
CONTOUR SET;
The last product of this segment was the Sleek Face Form Contour Palette. This has a bronzer, powder highlight and blush in it. Its a set that I would highly recommend on a budget or for anyone who loves a good product on the go! The blush has a gorgeous sheen in it which is really obvious on Roisin’s face in the last edit. I had the pleasure of working with Sleek’s entire range last month filming a series of tutorials for them so this was one of the products that really caught my eye and I thought only fair to feature it
And the result of Flawless Skin on a Budget….?!?!
I had a fantastic time filming the slot – Karen is such a lovely presenter and makes you feel so relaxed! A special thanks to The Beacon Hotel for having the space and staff around and always looking after me so well!
